Welcome! I’m Laura Czuba.

My Journey into Healthcare Technology Started At Seven Years Old, When My Mom's Stroke Introduced Me to the World of Medical Care.

For thirty years, I watched systems designed for support fall short for patients, families, and the caregivers doing the work. That experience shaped my entire career.

With a Master's in Engineering, I entered home healthcare operations.

I helped build protective systems for caregivers suffering from preventable injuries, led technology implementations that actually stuck, and eventually helped grow and sell a software company for 5x returns.

But the real education came from living both sides of the care equation: implementing tech solutions during the week, caring for my mom on weekends.

That dual perspective taught me true tech success is a combination of innovative systems and genuine buy-in from the people using them.

I've seen what happens when systems fail people, and I've proven what's possible when technology amplifies human capacity instead of replacing it.

This work is about efficiency and productivity, but it's also about honoring everyone who deserves more from the systems meant to serve them.
